BNW CHAPTER 18
This chapter discusses John's life living by himself. At first Johm cleansed himseld using mustard and water to which Helmholtz and Bernard were wierded out, but they said their farewells and went off with their lives. John whips himself everyday to remind himself of poor Linda. He lives alone using the land as his only supplement. Throughtout the chapter he grows his own food and made his own whip that he uses on himself. Once a person got him on video whiping and screaming 8nsults to himself becausd he longed for Lenina to be there with him and forced himself to remember Linda and forget Leninia. Many found it enjoyable at the feelies and one day arrived at his lighthouse wanting to feel pain since it had struck at their curiousity. In the same momment Lenina and Henry came to which pushed John out of line to which he hrabbed his whip and whiped them. Then the orgy porgy chant began and I believe everyone drugged themselves with soma including John. John was ashamed of what he had done when he awoke the next day.
