I'M IN CHARGE
Some high school students need to be told what to do all the time and reminded or threatened when they don't get the job done.  Independent work can be challenging, but I like it because I can do what I desire without having to comply with another's opinion. I can also figure out my own pattern of doing things and what I'd like to talk about to use some extra time to and give things my own flair. I also feel a whole lot better when I get the result of something since I know how much effort I put into something therefore meaning much more to me. And finally I really like not being pushed by someone else to do things faster or change it so that it can be more efficient instead of making something actually worthwhile.
