At first I saw Macbeth as a power hungry fellow whose own corruption lead him down the path of insanity, but now having read the Sergeant introduce us to Macbeth he still seems powerful and steady having no mercy for his victims. He seems undefeatable, and powerful wanting to win the fight as soon as possible.
