BNW CHAPTER 16
In this chapter they all got to meet Mustapha Mond. Bernard was sent out because he had been begging to be spared mercy from being sent to iceland. Once he was sent away he explained it was best since they were going to go to a place where people go beyond their conditioning and become individuals. Helmholtz was alright with this and was excused to see Bernard. Then John and Mond debated with each other about freedom about religion and about god. John belived that the feeling of unhappiness was important and he was unhappy with everything. And this is what Mond wanted. He wants to use John as an experiment. A lab rat.
